Our principal, Warren E. Williams, has been active in the real
estate community for almost a quarter of a century. Following fifteen
years working in mortgage banking, Williams formed Williams Appraisals,
an independently owned and operated real estate appraising company.
Williams Appraisals has been in operation for 9 years, providing
appraisals to a wide range of clients.
Williams received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and completed 36
hours in MBA work in Management and Marketing at Northern Illinois
University in DeKalb, Illinois.
Williams is licensed through the Illinois Office of Banks and
Real Estate as a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed
Real Estate Salesperson. He has completed over 350 hours in additional
real estate appraisal education through State of Illinois approved
courses. The diversity of his educational experience includes estimating,
fabricating design and construction, finance, banking and real
estate sales. |
